You’re last paragraph about saying ‘no’ to our children, the PTA etc is bang on. Our energy is limited and we have to spend it wisely. I have learned to tap into my intuition and ask myself “do I really want to spend my time doing x?” And if I’m not sure it’s a ‘no’ or a “not right now”. It’s taken me a long time to learn to listen to my intuition and say no, because I had to let go of people pleasing and make decisions because they feel right for me. I’m worthy.
